Welcome to our Student Ministry

Our mission is to lead, develop, empower, and release ordinary students to extraordinary possibilities by living out loud what they believe. We are committed to creating an environment that encourages their growth and helps them understand how to be the most positive influence possible in their world.

They need an environment that challenges them to personal growth, allows them to take risks while still sensing the ability to succeed, and gives them opportunity to stretch.

We have a five-step process that we focus on for our ministry:

1. Personal Growth

   • By inspiring students to commit to a personal growth plan, their ceiling will be almost limitless.

2. Ministry

   • Ministry encounters cause students to look outside themselves and see a world in need.

3. Leadership Development

   • The development of leadership skills and qualities within students is a process. Exposure to ministry opportunities is the initial step students take to leadership.

4. Servanthood

   • Developing the heart of a servant in students is at the core of leadership. Our goal is to raise a generation of servant-leaders, not selfish leaders. With Servanthood at the core, we expose students to a way of leadership that models the leadership of Jesus.

5.  Accountability

   • Personal growth without accountability produces little inner change. Ministry without accountability produces limited fruit. Leadership without accountability leads to poor decisions that influence the lives of others. And Servanthood without accountability can birth spiritual pride.
